As with most people when you go out cycling & running, you have the minimum of kit on you and if you have your Smartphone it will be locked.
Having had a near miss with a vans wing mirror about the head whilst cycling, I needed something which would have my ID, This fits the bill a genius idea.

Delivery time was as quoted. I found it very easy to adjust to my exact size(do a bit at a time) nice and flexible, comfortable and of good quality.

Nice Band, not so goog communications

I ordered two bands prior to Christmas and as others have said the delivery was quicker than quoted on the website. Both bands (one for wife and one for myself) seem well made and look to be hard wearing so overall I'm impressed with the product and will recommend it to others.
However, due to computer errors when ordering I somehow managed to double order, so realising my mistake I immediately contacted iceid via their only means on their web page. I asked to cancel one set and for them to reimburse my PayPal account. This did not happen and I now have two iceid bands, not good customer service in my opinion.

My husband, who doesn't 'do' accessories or jewellery, was pleased to receive this and happy to wear it for his long cycle commute and solo rides.
Haven't had it very long, but it seems well made and of good quality.

Ordered just before christmas took about a week before delivery (two weeks quoted), so pretty good. Quality product, appears well made, time will tell on durability of etching.
Only comment: it is watch size and weight, it replaced a Livestrong band on my wrist and I really noticed the difference. As other comments, fewer lines and bigger text wouldn't go amiss
